Chris Castro

Christopher R. Castro commonly known by his family, friends and clients as “Chris” was born in Dallas and has called Richardson his home since he was 7 years old. He graduated from Richardson High School, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and in 2000 graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Chris is licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas.

Chris founded his own firm in 2005 and has been continuously assisting individuals and businesses in ways to navigate complex matters including business and personal transactions, litigation, homeowners’ association (HOA) and personal, residential and commercial construction.

Chris assists businesses with formation for operating agreements for LLC (limited liability company), drafting governance documents such as corporate resolutions, minutes, amended operating agreements, buy/sell agreements, winding up/terminating and many other matters.

Over his career, his legal services have encompass litigation, guiding businesses through corporate formation, steering mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing adept representation in business litigation.

He is an avid litigator representing companies and individuals as Plaintiffs and Defendants for contract disputes, construction disputes and real estate matters. Chris works hard to provide the tough representation his clients need to attain the best result possible. Chris strives to provide his clients with top-quality, timely and cost-effective representation and legal advice.

Chris is married to his high school sweetheart, has three children, and is active in the Boys Scouts, Pearce High School Theater and Pearce High School Swim Team as a devoted father. He and his family have been active volunteers with Make-A-Wish Foundation, Operation Kindness, Richardson Humane Society and Take Me Home Pet Rescue.
